Love, loss, want, and life are abound in in Anton Chekhov’s famous The Three Sisters. Deep in the beautiful but dreadfully boring Russian countryside, three sisters wish for the chance to live their dreams in Moscow. As they hope, and wait, and work, surrounded by friends and soldiers, life finds a way to keep moving. Troupe Theatre brings you a piece looking to find what we still adore in Chekhov today.

threee-Blaney_Liam_HSLiam Blaney (Director) is a director, actor, and musician. The co-founding artistic director of Troupe Theatre, he was recognized as Undergraduate Honoree of SFSU’s School of Theatre & Dance. Previous direction credits include: Evening Primrose; One Day, and You the Accused for the 9x9 Festival—the latter was also directed for radio with SoundPlay Media. He has worked on a variety of devised projects and showcases, such as The Lazzi of the Ark and A Sondheim “Miscast” Cabaret.
Caitlin McFann (Stage Manager) is currently a student at San Francisco State University, studying Theatre, Special Education, and Non-Profit Agency Administration. Previous shows include: Gravedigger the Musical, Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, The Crucible, Almost Maine, Hair.
three-rosemaryRosemary Anderson ( Masha) is a Bay Area actor and casting director. She is overjoyed to be a part of this wonderful production with her fellow SFSU comrades. She was last seen in Troupe’s production of Precious Damsels and their Sondheim Cabaret. She is currently working at MDT Agency and has worked closely with the SF Playhouse. She would like to thank Troupe and her family for their unending support.
Lyndsee Bell (Olga)
three-devonDevon DeGroot (Natasha) is a Bay Area actress living in Oakland. She is a company member of the Troupe Theatre, where her previous credits include The Precious Damsels (La Grange). Other credits include Gravedigger the Musical (Gravedigger) and In the Next Room: The Vibrator Play (Mrs. Givings). Catch her next in Proof by David Auburn with the Pacifica Spindrift Players.
Evan Favela (Andrei Sergeyich) is proud to be performing inTroupe Theatre's production of Three Sisters by the one and only Anton Chekhov. A recent grad from SFSU, Evan is embracing the artistic community that the Bay Area offers and most recently was seen in The Precious Damsels at the Phoenix Theatre. He thanks you for coming tonight and hopes you walk away from tonight's show feeling empowered and contemplating your own Moscow.

THREE-REGINARegina Leon (Irina) is currently receiving her BA in Drama at San Francisco State University. She studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and has worked closely with NCTC for many years. Her recent work includes The Laramie Project (Romaine Patterson and others), Precious Damsels (Cathos), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Titania/Hippolyta).
Carl Lyons (Fedotik)
three-hunterHunter Ridenour (Aleksander Ignatyevich Vershinin) studied theatre at San Francisco State University and graduated in 2014. Since then he has been finding many projects to fill his time. Virtual Reality, Film Production, Podcast/Radio volunteering and slinging coffee to the masses, are just a few things that have he has spent time with and he is so excited to be working with such an amazing Cast and Crew as Troupe Theatre has assembled for this interpretation of Three Sisters. He hopes you enjoy the show as thoroughly as he has enjoyed the process of creating the show!
