EXIT Theatreplex Rentals EXIT Theatre licenses performing groups to use three stages: EXIT Theatre, EXIT Stage Left and the EXIT Cafe. For information on licensing any of the EXIT stages call the Artistic Director, Christina Augello at 415-931-1094 or email mail@sffringe.org. EXIT Theatre provides an equipped theater with lighting and sound equipment. The performing groups provide all staff including performers, technicians, and box office. Performing groups are responsible for all costs connected to their performance Terms of the license require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the space can be confirmed. The remaining payments are due by the end of the run. The license agreement includes the use of the theater from 90 minutes before the scheduled performance to 30 minutes after. For companies that have licensed the theater, additional time for load-in, rehearsals, etc. may be rented at $15 per hour. EXIT Theatre reserves the right to cancel any license to use any of the theaters for any reason by returning the deposit. EXIT Theatre is not responsible for any costs incurred by the performing groups or anyone else connected to the production. | |
