HELP THE FRINGE BY PROOFING THE WEB SITE |
Performers -- help us by proofing your listings on the Fringe Website. It would be helpful if you could check all of your listings and links to make sure they are correct. On the website we have the Fringe Schedule -- the schedule is organized by day and every show listing is linked to the program listing with more info. The Fringe Plays all have a page with the information from your program form and links to online ticket sales at BrownPaperTickets.com. Make sure that the dates are correct and that the BrownPaperTickets listing is complete. The Audience Reviews page lists reviews of all Fringe shows and has a link to the Review It! page for posting reviews. For people that sent us links to YouTube videos we have a Fringe YouTube page. If you have YouTube video please send us the link. We also have a Tickets Page with links for every performer. Helping us by checking all of this info and links now can save us all a lot of problems later. As we get closer to the festival we will also have listings of Audience Reviews. Happy Fringing. |

| Publicity Form | Performers should fill out the Publicity Form as soon as possible (the Early Bird gets the Ink!) but at least by June 16. Help us publicize your show. CLICK HERE FOR THE PUBLICITY FORM. |
| Fringe Pictures | Send a picture to mail@theexit.org as soon as possible so we can put it on the Fringe Photo Gallery page for the media and to use in the Fringe Program. Photos should be a jpeg file at 300 dpi and at least 5 inches x 7 inches in size. Here are some Sample Pictures from past Fringe Festivals that got media coverage. Be sure to include the name of your show, who is in the picture, and who gets photo credit. |
