Whoot ... Here it is. Your chance to let ME know everything YOU know. Yes, yes ... It is indeed understood that much may still be in flux -- but the more you include below, the better for all. (Or, more simply, tell me now or I might not be able to privide later!!) Feel free to send additional documentation if helpful / necessary / hilarious. TECH SCHEDULE

    Regarding the scheduling of your (1) 2.5 hour tech rehearsal, remember:

    • You COULD be scheduled any time between 10am-midnight from Saturday September 5th - Tuesday September 8th.
    • Tuesday September 8th will be generally reserved for out of town performers.
    • If you're an out-o-townie and would PREFER something earlier, make sure I know.
    • Additional "rehearsal time" after August 21st will not be available in any space.
    • Remember Monday September 7th is Labor Day..
    • This all notwithstanding, I will attempt to accommodate all preferences.

    Please let me know any time issues you may have. Once I create the schedule & communicate it (by August 1), it is VERY difficult to make changes (dominoes and their effect, you know).     Following the example below, please complete the chart below by:

    • Putting an X next to times that will NOT work for you, and
    • Numbering the remaining slots in order of preference (1 being most desirable)
