- Rebecca Noon (performer in and ensemble colaborator of The Mandala
Olive Project at DIVAfest 2005) is wicked psyched to be back on stage
at DIVAfest after being seen in last year's Talking Machine with Erica
Blue. In addition, Rebecca has spent the last four years acting with companies
such as Word for Word, Magic Theatre, Z Space Studio, Abydos, and Crowded
Fire. This past year she dove back into directing while working with San
Francisco Playwrights Center, Women's Will, Youth Music Theatre Company
of Berkeley, and Camp Wigwam. She earned a BFA in acting from the College
of Santa Fe in 2001. Look for her this summer at the UC medical student
exams, where she will be playing Joanna Flores while testing would-be doctors
on their bedside manner, and in Ft. Worth, Texas where she will be performing
her solo show, The Witness for the Faithful Fools. Everlasting love to
Benj and Mom.
